Note:  Access to the Family History Center is at the rear entrance of the Charlottesville Airport Road LDS Chapel.  Please press the Door Bell located to the right of the double door to gain access.

Tuesday: 9:00am to 12:00 noon & 6:00pm to 8:30pm
Wednesday: 9:00am to 12:00 noon & 6:00pm to 8:30pm

Location: Charlottesville – Airport Road LDS Chapel
1275 Timberwood Boulevard (corner of Airport Road and Timberwood), Charlottesville, Virginia

Directions: From Charlottesville, follow Route 29 North and Turn Left on Airport Road. Go approximately ½ mile and Turn Right on Timberwood Boulevard. The church building stands on the northwest corner of the Airport Road and Timberwood Boulevard intersection just before the Charlottesville Airport complex.

Closing Policy: The Family History Center is closed on major holidays and during the month of August. If in doubt, please call the center.

Inclement Weather Policy: During inclement weather, the Center follows the Albemarle County School guidelines as announced on radio and television. If the schools are closed for the day, the Center is closed for the day. If school opening is delayed two hours, the Center is closed for the entire day.  If schools are dismissed early, the Center is closed for the evening hours.
